Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love your Storm Label pieces, however if you require an exchange or refund, it’s super easy. See the step by step policy below.
Need a different size? We are happy to issue exchanges on all items, for the same item. Just make a clear note on the invoice sheet when you return your item. However, if you wish to exchange for a different item, you will have to place a new order and follow the returns instructions for a full refund.
Here at Storm Label we understand the fit just isn't right, so we’re happy to accept returns on any garment that is unworn and still fitted with all security tags and labels.
The returns address is displayed on the front shipping label of your parcel however if you have misplaced this, just get in touch!
It’s important to note that shipping costs are not covered by Storm Label at the moment, so we suggest using your local post office for the best service and tracking ID.
Refunds may take 7-10 working days to show in your account.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
To qualify for a full refund, your items must be received back with us within 14 days from the date you received your item(s).
ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUNDS
Items must not have been worn or damaged and must be in original packaging
Items must have all tags and security ribbons attached & untouched
Return parcels must have reference to Order Name or Order Number to allow us to identify the order
- All items from our Outlet are not refundable. We do offer exchanges only on these items for same price items or size exchange if available.
PLEASE NOTE: We understand our return postage is not free, however we strongly encourage you to insure your package with a tracking code. Please be aware that we cannot take responsibility for any lost or damaged packages which are not shipped with a Signed For label.
