Shipping policy

We are a UK based company and provide standard 2 - 3 day shipping free of charge, including full tracking updates. Royal Mail operates from Monday - Saturday from 8am - 8pm, and all parcels will be signed for. International shipping free for orders over £200.

Next Day Delivery 

Next day to major cities when ordered before 12pm GMT, for remote areas it may be longer. Some orders made after 12pm UK time may be shipped the same day, usually it will be dispatched the following day

You can also visit Royal Mail which allows you to manage your shipment, for example, select your delivery time slot, leave with a neighbour or deliver to a different address within your same postcode area.

NIFT (Need it for tonight)

We have partnered with Need it for Tonight (NIFT). A shopping app that allows all customers in London (only) to place an order and track delivery in real time to your door in under an hour. Ensuring you have the outfit you want for any occasion and making sure you never miss another delivery, with eco-friendly electric bikes and e-mopeds delivering.

NIFT only operates for London customers during our store opening hours. 

Deliveries can be placed via NIFT:

Monday - Saturday 11:00 - 18:00

Sunday 11:00 - 16:00

International Shipping

We ship internationally. Delivery takes approx 3-10 business days, depending on your location. Delivery times during holidays and to remote areas may take a little longer.

Shipping from £0-399 is £20

Shipping over £400 is free.
